Service Coordinator

Job Description

  • Plan and schedule service appointments with customers for preventive maintenance visits
  • Send out maintenance contract renewal reminders to customers
  • Log incoming customer calls for onsite or remote support and assign them to available service technicians
  • Check all logged calls have been attended to by service technicians and update call status accordingly
  • Prepare Delivery Order and the items for project delivery based on Customer PO before installation starts
  • Prepare quotations for service calls to customers
  • Inventory and stock take for the store

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • At least two years working experience in the service industry
  • Must have basic Personal Computer skills and know how to use Word, Excel etc.
  • Possess good organization skills and attention to details
  • Independent, resourceful, results-oriented with excellent communication skills
