Sales Manager
As the Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth and market expansion. You will lead a high-performing sales team, manage key client relationships, and oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline for our comprehensive security and biometric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Create and implement robust sales plans aligned with company goals, market trends, and client needs.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage the sales team by providing coaching, regular feedback, and development opportunities. Establish clear, achievable goals for individual members and the collective team.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales pipeline—ensuring proper lead qualification, effective nurturing, and timely progression through the sales cycle.
Performance Tracking: Manage the sales budget, track daily activity, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize overall performance.
Client Relations: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic channel partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Market Intelligence: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
Skills & Experience Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, and 2 years of sales management experience within the building security solutions sector, targeting both end-users and channel partners.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of CCTV, door access, turnstiles, vehicle barriers, intercoms, intruder alarm systems, perimeter protection, and time attendance solutions.
Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle (lead generation to closing), negotiate complex deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Leadership & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and delegate effectively.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities to identify market patterns, revenue trends, and operational improvements.
Sales Engineer
We are looking for a driven and technically astute Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between complex security technology and practical client solutions. In this role, you will be the face of our cutting-edge biometric and electronic security products, directly engaging with clients to understand their unique physical security challenges. You will orchestrate the sales process from initial consultation to solution demonstration, ensuring a seamless handover to our technical teams for implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Plan and execute targeted sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue and business development targets.
Client Engagement: Conduct strategic sales calls and site visits to deeply understand prospects’ business objectives, technical requirements, and budgets.
Solution Delivery: Follow up promptly post-consultation with tailored, comprehensive solution proposals and accurate quotations.
Technical Presentations: Coordinate internal resources to deliver compelling product demonstrations, conduct thorough physical site studies, and present technical concepts clearly to decision-makers.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a highly accurate sales pipeline and forecast, submitting timely updates and opportunity statuses for weekly management review.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Project and Technical Support teams to ensure flawless project implementation, outstanding after-sales support, and total customer delight.
Skills & Experience Requirements
Education: Nitec / Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience within the building security solutions sector, specifically targeting end-users and channel partners.
Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of physical security systems, including CCTV, door access, turnstiles, vehicle barriers, intercoms, intruder alarm systems, perimeter protection, and time attendance.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently translate technical jargon into clear business value for clients.
Work Ethic: Highly independent, resourceful, and results-oriented, driven by a strong desire to succeed in technical sales.
