Service Coordinator
Job Description
- Plan and schedule service appointments with customers for preventive maintenance visits
- Send out maintenance contract renewal reminders to customers
- Log incoming customer calls for onsite or remote support and assign them to available service technicians
- Check all logged calls have been attended to by service technicians and update call status accordingly
- Prepare Delivery Order and the items for project delivery based on Customer PO before installation starts
- Prepare quotations for service calls to customers
- Inventory and stock take for the store
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- At least two years working experience in the service industry
- Must have basic Personal Computer skills and know how to use Word, Excel etc.
- Possess good organization skills and attention to details
- Independent, resourceful, results-oriented with excellent communication skills
