Site consultation & proposal
Our marketing and sales team meets with you to understand your objectives, footfall patterns and venue constraints. We assess the space, recommend a locker configuration and present a clear commercial proposal, hardware cost or revenue-share options included.
Technical site survey & configuration
Our engineers conduct a detailed site survey to finalise locker bank layout, confirm floor loading, assess any site-specific requirements and configure the hardware to your pricing model and branding spec. Optional custom wrap artwork is also finalised at this stage.
Installation & commissioning
Our engineering team installs and assembles the locker bank on site. Units are powered up, NFC locks are paired, the operator dashboard is configured and a full system test is run before we hand over. No civil works and no disruption to your operations.
Launch & ongoing support
Your venue team is trained on the operator dashboard. If required, our sales and marketing team provides launch assets such as QR code posters, wayfinding signage, awareness campaigns so your users know the service is there. Yes. Each locker module runs on internal batteries, and all locking logic is processed locally on-device. The system does not require a Wi-Fi connection or mobile data to operate. Internet access is only needed for the app to show live availability maps and sync billing records. The physical lock and release functions work fully offline.
Battery life varies by usage volume, but under typical deployment conditions the units are designed for extended operation of months between replacements. iDLink’s support team monitors unit health remotely and schedules battery replacement as part of the maintenance programme, so operators don’t need to track this themselves.
A typical bank of 20–30 lockers can be set up in under two hours with no tools beyond basic assembly hardware. There is no cabling, no conduit work and no need for an electrician or IT contractor. This makes same-day deployment practical for events, pop-ups and temporary activations.

Y Carry units are suitable for covered outdoor environments. For exposed deployments in tropical conditions such as high humidity with direct rain exposure, the correct unit specification matters. End users pay via the Y Carry app using a digital wallet, which can be topped up via credit card. Pricing is set per deployment , operators configure their own rate card (hourly, half-day, daily, event-duration).
